Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, technically proficient Quantity Surveyor to support our growing Projects division. This role is perfect for a proactive candidate who thrives in precision-focused environments and is excited by luxury residential developments and heritage restoration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support tender processes and bid documentation
• Take measurements and update project quantities using standard QS systems
• Monitor and report on project budgets vs actual expenditure
• Prepare and manage monthly valuation claims and payment applications
• Facilitate final account submissions and project close-outs
• Identify, quantify, and price contract variations
• Manage subcontractor packages and enforce contractual obligations
• Produce clear reports and collaborate with project and site teams to ensure cost control
Requirements:
Requirements• BTech (QS) or BSc(Hons) Quantity Surveying
• Proficiency in Afrikaans and English (oral and written)
• MS Office and MS Projects literate; CCS Candy experience advantageous
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Able to perform under pressure and across multiple fast-paced projects
