RPO’s client is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Specialist to join their high-performing team based in Johannesburg . Duties & Responsibilities

Drive sales of industrial cleaning equipment of forklifts to new and existing clients

Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions aligned to operational requirements

Conduct client site visits, equipment demonstrations, and solution-based consultations
-
Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and tender submissions
-
Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in logistics, warehousing, and industrial sectors
-
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
-
Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction
-
Maintain market intelligence, monitor competitor activity, and support marketing initiatives
Minimum Requirements
-
Matric certificate; a sales or technical qualification will be an advantage
-
Minimum 3–5 years of experience selling forklifts and/or industrial cleaning equipment
-
In-depth technical knowledge of relevant machinery and client applications
-
Proven sales track record and ability to meet high-performance targets
-
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
-
Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
-
Ability to travel to clients across the Johannesburg region as needed
