Description:
Client is seeking a Sales Representative with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Retail markets, medical/pharmaceutical experience an advantage.
Duties revolve around driving revenue by selling products or services to customers. This involves a range of activities, including generating leads, building relationships, presenting products, negotiating deals, and providing customer support. They also play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, tailoring solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Building and Maintaining Relationships:
- Developing strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and foster long-term partnerships.
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
- Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts with clients to finalize sales and achieve revenue targets.
Customer Support and Service:
- Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
