Job Description
• Client liaison telephonically and electronically with local and international customers and suppliers
• Data capturing of information
• Liaising with clearing agents
• Generate quotes, purchase orders and jobs on Accpac
• Invoicing and receipting of purchase orders on Accpac
• Maintain petty cash float
• Capturing of weekly timesheets for wages
General
• Managing all incoming and outgoing emails.
• Managing of incoming calls
• Creating and maintaining files and records
Requirements:
Skills / Requirements:
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Computer literate in word, excel and outlook.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Sales administration experience.
• Strong administrative skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• SAGE 300 / Accpac experience
