Matric / Grade 12 (essential). Formal hospitality or F&B qualification (advantageous). First Aid and Fire Training Certificates (preferred). Experience:
Minimum 23 years in an F&B supervisory role in a 4- or 5-star game lodge or luxury hotel. Proven experience with fine dining service and high-end guest interactions. Experience with bush dining or outdoor catering setups is an advantage. Skills & Attributes:
Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional, well-groomed, and guest-focused. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Good knowledge of wines, cocktails, and food pairings. Computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems such as GAAP or Pilot).
