Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years experience in a Sales Manager role within a premium automotive dealership Proven leadership and people management skills Strong financial and business acumen In-depth understanding of dealership operations, including sales, aftersales, and customer service Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Ability to lead high-performing teams and drive performance targets Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance Valid South African drivers license Relevant tertiary qualification in business, management, or a related field (advantageous)Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the dealership to ensure profitability and efficiency Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and grow market share Manage departmental heads (sales, service, parts) and ensure all departments operate cohesively Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenses to ensure business goals are met Maintain excellent customer service standards and address escalated customer concerns Ensure compliance with OEM and company policies, procedures, and standards Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a strong, motivated team Represent the dealership brand with professionalism and integrity Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including OEMs, customers, and vendors
