Theyre growing fast and looking for a **Senior Technical Manual Tester** to join their quality engineering team. What Youll Be Doing:
- Define and execute detailed test plans and test cases for web and desktop applications
- Perform manual testing to identify, document, and manage defects
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners in Agile teams
- Contribute to the quality strategy, ensuring test coverage and traceability
- Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Help ensure delivery of high-quality, secure, and compliant software products
What Youll Need to Succeed:
- 5 to 7 years'' experience as a QA Engineer
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field
- Deep understanding of testing methodologies and the SDLC/STLC
- Strong knowledge of defect management processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Xray)
- Practical experience with web and desktop applications
- Familiarity with HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL
- Knowledge of Agile practices and strong collaboration skills
- Advantageous: experience with Document Processing/ECM systems
Location: Remote (South Africa-based)
Salary: R700,000 R820,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)
