We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy person to act as a on site security and caretaker for our airbnb. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys routine and understands the importance of communication and maintaing a safe and professional appearance.
Role Overview:
- Provide a consistent on-site presence to ensure property is secure and undisturbed
- Perform regular walk-throughs to check for signs of intrusion, damage, or concerns
- Report any suspicious activity, safety issues, or maintenance concerns (no repairs required)
- Basic upkeep of property appearance (e.g. opening windows, clearing post, turning on lights occasionally)
