An automotive spares company based in Kempton Park is seeking a reliable and trustworthy Administrator/cashier to join their team with prior experience in a similar role Duties Communication Management: Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence to ensure effective communication within the organization and with external parties Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organizing meetings, appointments, and events, as well as managing calendars to optimize time and resources Document Handling and Filing: Maintaining both physical and digital files, ensuring documents are organized, easily accessible, and properly stored Office Supply and Equipment Management: Overseeing the inventory of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock, and managing the maintenance and troubleshooting of office equipment Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately entering data into relevant systems and maintaining records for various purposes, such as financial transactions, employee information, or project details Financial Responsibilities: Handling petty cash and processing invoices Report Preparation: Compiling and organizing data into reports for management or other stakeholders Client and Customer Service: Greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and providing general customer support General Office Support: Performing a variety of tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly, such as maintaining a clean and organized workspace, distributing mail, and providing support to other staff members Transaction Processing: Scanning or manually entering items, calculating totals, and processing payments (cash, credit/debit cards, checks) Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions, providing assistance, and resolving complaints or issues Payment Handling: Accepting payments, making change, and balancing cash drawers Sales Support: Assisting with returns and exchanges Maintaining Checkout Area: Keeping the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies Inventory Management: Assisting with stocking shelves, checking inventory, and price adjustments Security: Following security procedures, such as preventing theft Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate transaction records and reports Salary R7 500 per month Should you meet requirments Mail CVs to Sakeenah.adam@yahoo.com 0614503579 Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted!
