Sales Representative – Chemical Safety Solutions (JB5454)
Location : Darling, Western Cape
Salary : R25 000 - R30 000 per month (Based on experience)

Are you a seasoned technical sales professional?
Join a small, high-performing team that has been supplying life-saving chemical safety products to the mining industry for over 19 years. Based in Darling , this hybrid role is ideal for a relationship-driven self-starter who is comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, conducting site surveys, and training clients directly on mine sites.
You’ll take over an existing Gauteng client base , with a strong focus on building new business nationally. Your first month will be spent in the office for onboarding and ISO/product training, followed by regular travel to client sites, primarily in Gauteng and occasionally Durban.
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of technical sales experience.
Knowledge of chemical or industrial sectors advantageous .
Valid driver’s license.
Willing and able to travel within South Africa for client visits and presentations.
Based near Darling or surrounds .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – attention to detail and grammar are critical.
Self-managed, professional , and relationship-driven .
Comfortable conducting safety presentations, site surveys, and training clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through research, outreach, and site visits.
Conduct technical product demonstrations and chemical safety presentations.
Perform site surveys and risk assessments , and recommend solutions to manage chemical risks.
Ensure client compliance with ISO 13485 regulations .
Manage existing client relationships and repeat sales cycles
Provide regular training sessions for clients and ensure proper product use.
Maintain consistent, professional communication and record-keeping .
