German-Speaking Sales Development Representative (Remote, South Africa)

Requirements:

  • German: 1 year or less

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities (via calls, emails, social selling)
  • Engage with prospects to understand their challenges and pitch smart SaaS solutions
  • Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
  • Keep CRM data clean and up to date
  • Stay ahead of trends and product updates in a dynamic market

What We’re Looking For:

  • Upselling within a customer service role or hardcore sales or cold-calling
  • Native or near-native German proficiency (C1/C2 level), spoken & written
  • Self-starter with a hunger to exceed sales targets
  • Strong communicator with confidence, resilience, and drive
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus but not essential
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, we love people who think like business owners
