Requirements:
- German: 1 year or less
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities (via calls, emails, social selling)
- Engage with prospects to understand their challenges and pitch smart SaaS solutions
- Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
- Keep CRM data clean and up to date
- Stay ahead of trends and product updates in a dynamic market
What We’re Looking For:
- Upselling within a customer service role or hardcore sales or cold-calling
- Native or near-native German proficiency (C1/C2 level), spoken & written
- Self-starter with a hunger to exceed sales targets
- Strong communicator with confidence, resilience, and drive
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus but not essential
- Entrepreneurial spirit, we love people who think like business owners
