Join a dynamic and professional Wealth Management / Financial Advisory firm committed to delivering high-quality investment and financial planning services to a diverse client base. We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused individual to support our Wealth Manager and broader advisory team.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process all client onboarding documentation, mandates, and investment forms.

Load and update client information on internal systems (e.g., Citazen or similar CRM).

Liaise with clients to collect FICA and FAIS documents.

Track and manage instructions: withdrawals, transfers (Section 14 and 50), switches, top-ups, income changes, maturities.

Schedule client meetings and manage the Wealth Manager's diary.

Compile minutes of meetings and monitor follow-up actions.

Perform basic investment calculations and request tax directives.
-
Communicate directly with clients to assist with queries and document signing.

Liaise with internal finance on credit notes, recoupments, and billing issues.

Send client gifts or cards on key occasions to maintain client intimacy.

Support client events and presentations.

Assist in mentoring junior assistants.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems.
