Description:
A well established firm, based in Pretoria requires a payroll administrator.
DUTIES:
- Payroll
- Salaries – deductions UIF
- Manages payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Processes monthly payroll runs including deductions for taxes benefits and other garnishments
- Reviews and resolves payroll discrepancies in a timely manner providing excellent customer service
- Coordinates with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data with employee records and finance reports
- Submits the bi-annual and annual EMP501 Recon and IRP5 Certificates on e@syFile and efiling
- Submits Workmen’s Compensation Annual Return of Earnings for all clients (± 150 clients) – RMA and Compensations Fund
- Completes and submits the documents for the change of nature of business and revision of assessments
- Registers all employers for PAYE UIF and at the Workmen’s Compensation Fund
- Applies for Tax Directives where applicable
- Reviews and processes updates for new employees’ terminations transfers promotions and changes to employee details etc
- Manages all TERS audits and addresses related queries
- SARS Registered Representative Registrations Income Tax Registrations and VAT registrations
- Resolves SARS issues and queries
