Description:

Hire Resolve's client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a passion for cybersecurity to join their team in Johannesburg.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cybersecurity sector

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

  • Present and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions tailored to client needs

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction

  • Report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a business development, sales, or account management role

  • Relevant qualification in Business Management or a related field
  • Exposure to or experience within the cybersecurity or IT solutions industry is highly advantageous

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and in a team
