We are looking for an efficient Personal Assistant to assist our Service Manager.
Job Description:
• acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for your manager’s attention
• managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager
• booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• organising events and meetings, also taking accurate notes and minutes in meetings.
• reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines
• typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• managing databases and filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents and information.
• implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• collating and filing expenses
• handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• provide support in managing projects and deadlines, ensuring manager is well-prepared and organized for all commitments.
• research and compile information as needed for reports, proposals, and other documents.
• customer curtesy calls after service/repairs have been done
• preparing of overtime sheets and getting it approved by the manager
• other duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a PA preffered.
