A well known Restaurant in Irene is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team!
A restaurant manager oversees all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, excellent customer service, and profitability.
This includes staff management, inventory control, financial management, and maintaining a high standard of food quality and safety
- To handle customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including managing inventory, resolving complaints, and ensuring cleanliness
- Planning, directing, and controlling restaurant operations, including staff rostering
- Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead and manage the restaurant team i.
- Maintain excellent and professional relationships with guests, ensuring consistent guest satisfaction
- Promptly address and resolve guest complaints or concerns to uphold service standards.
- Perform necessary administrative tasks as required.
- Participate in weekly and monthly stock takes and inventory control processes.
- Share relevant operational information with other departments to support their planning and coordination efforts
- Setting and management of service delivery standards
- Train and supervise staff
- Make sure staff are in proper uniform at all times

- 2 – 5 years proven Restaurant Manager experience
