Production Manager (Assistant Commissary Manager)

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Increase productivity: A production manager's primary objective is to improve the overall efficiency of the factory. Ensuring that the production process is running smoothly and making optimal use of resources can help increase productivity.
2. Meet quality standards: Another key objective is to ensure that the factory's products meet the quality standards set by the organization. This involves monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, and correcting any issues that arise.
3. Optimize costs: Managing costs is also important for a production manager. Identifying ways to reduce waste, decrease downtime, and optimize resources can help the factory operate more efficiently and ultimately improve profitability.
4. Ensure safety: One of the most critical objectives for a production manager is to ensure a safe working environment for employees. This involves identifying potential safety hazards, implementing safety protocols, and training employees on safe practices.
5. Meet production targets: Finally, a production manager is responsible for meeting production targets set by the organization. This involves creating production schedules, setting production goals, and monitoring progress toward those goals.
Directly manage the Boxing department and its rostering
Fully Computer Literate in MS Office and most importantly
understanding of GAAP.
Managing and motivating a team.
Develop and maintain a schedule for Team members

Requirements:

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a food manufacturing production management role
Computer literate - MS Office and an understanding of GAAP
Ability to provide frequent, direct, and oral feedback.
Proficient knowledge of stock control and management.
A high level of problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership capabilities.
Willingness to work night shifts and day shift (24/7 operation)
