About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and creative Marketer & Social Media Manager to help grow our brand’s online presence and drive sales through both organic content and paid campaigns.
You’ll plan, create, and manage engaging posts, run paid ad campaigns, and deliver measurable results — all while working remotely on a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts and stories using tools like Canva and Meta Business Suite.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns, including:

- Audience research & targeting
- Budget allocation & tracking
- Monitoring & optimizing ads for maximum ROI

- Prepare clear monthly reports on performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm campaigns and promotions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media and running paid ad campaigns (provide examples).
- Proficiency in Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager (Google Ads knowledge is a plus).
- Strong copywriting, creative, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve measurable results.
- Reliable internet connection and availability to work 4 hours/day, Monday–Friday.
