KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans and campaigns that promote the company's products or services, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and overseeing the marketing budget.

- Campaign Management

- Content Development
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for marketing materials, including blogs, newsletters, advertisements, and social media posts.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand messaging and guidelines.
- Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Analyse and report on website and social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Budget Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Track and report on marketing expenditures and outcomes to senior management.
- People Management and Development
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Monitor brand reputation and implement strategies to enhance brand equity.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance marketing initiatives

Experience
