RPO’s client is seeking a detail-oriented and methodical Quality Administrator to join their manufacturing operation based in Kempton Park . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance systems, documentation control, and administrative support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain and update quality management system (QMS) documentation in line with ISO or company-specific standards
-
Coordinate internal audits and assist with audit preparation, execution, and follow-up
-
Compile and control all quality-related records, including non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and compliance checklists
-
Assist in monitoring supplier and production quality performance and escalate issues where required
-
Support the QA Manager in implementing quality initiatives and continuous improvement processes
-
Handle customer complaints and ensure accurate recording and resolution tracking
-
Ensure all documentation and reports are filed and archived correctly
-
Liaise with production and operations to maintain adherence to quality standards and specifications
-
Assist with staff training records and compliance monitoring where applicable
Minimum Requirements
-
Matric certificate; a post-matric qualification in Quality, Manufacturing, or Administration will be advantageous
-
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in a quality or administrative role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
-
Solid understanding of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards
-
Strong computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel) and experience with document control systems
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities
-
High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational ability
-
Professional demeanour and team-oriented approach
