Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Support (60%) Achieve sales targets set by management. Educate customers on product offerings and assist with quotations. Answer calls and handle sales queries professionally. Provide product-related solutions and capitalize on inbound opportunities. Conduct follow-ups with customers and resolve complaints efficiently. Maintain a customer database and ensure accurate records of interactions. Promote the companys values and represent the brand positively. Attend product training and stay updated on warranty and return policies. Team Participation & Contribution (15%)
Actively support and collaborate with team members. Model the companys values and comply with safety and conduct standards. Ensure timely task completion and uphold performance standards. Participate in meetings, trainings, and team-building efforts. Relationship Management (10%)
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external clients. Work closely with stakeholders to align with business strategy and ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate feedback to management for continuous improvement. Self-Management (15%)
Manage your time effectively and maintain a results-driven mindset. Demonstrate resilience, accountability, and adaptability. Uphold company procedures, warranty terms, and environmental policies. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or degree in Customer Care, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5 years of external parts sales experience in the automotive aftermarket Familiarity with sales systems and catalogue tools Valid drivers license
