Key Responsibilities:Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development, procurement, and staffing Lead, train, and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff Ensure consistently exceptional food quality and presentation Monitor kitchen costs, control waste, and ensure profitability targets are met Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards Collaborate with F&B and lodge/hotel management to deliver a world-class guest experience Requirements:
