- Full financial management, including monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Oversee operational and administrative processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and risk management processes
- Drive process improvements and ensure alignment with business goals
- Manage a small finance and admin team, offering mentorship and leadership
- Collaborate with executive management on strategic financial planning
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Daily engagement with systems including Salesforce and ERP platforms
Minimum Requirements:
- BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 to 7 years experience in a commercial finance environment
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and financial systems
- Proven experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
