A high-end hospitality group is seeking a strong and dependable Assistant Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in daily operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for a motivated kitchen professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.Key Responsibilities:Support the Head Chef with kitchen management, staff supervision, and stock controlEnsure high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentationLead the kitchen team in the absence of the Head ChefAssist with training, scheduling, and enforcing hygiene and safety protocolsMonitor food cost and minimize waste Requirements:- At least 3 years’ experience in a Sous Chef or Assistant Kitchen Manager role
