Executive Chef, Luxury Hospitality

An exclusive 5-star lodge/hotel is looking for a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to lead its culinary team. This is a senior leadership role for a chef who brings innovation, precision, and excellence to the kitchen — while maintaining the highest standards in food quality, hygiene, and team development. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development, procurement, and staffing
• Lead, train, and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff
• Ensure consistently exceptional food quality and presentation
• Monitor kitchen costs, control waste, and ensure profitability targets are met
• Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Collaborate with F&B and lodge/hotel management to deliver a world-class guest experience

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in an Executive Chef or Head Chef role within luxury hospitality
• Formal culinary qualification preferred
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage high-volume service
• Strong organisational, leadership, and financial management skills
• A passion for modern, seasonal cuisine and guest-focused dining experiences
• Willingness to live on-site if required
