An award-winning 5-star lodge/hotel is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead their housekeeping department. This is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort across the property. Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house
- Lead, train, and manage a large team of housekeeping staff and supervisors
- Maintain and enforce top-tier hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Manage stock control and procurement of linen, cleaning materials, and amenities
- Work closely with maintenance and front office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Conduct regular inspections and implement quality control procedures
- 5+ years’ experience in senior housekeeping roles within luxury hotels/lodges
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
- Computer literate with experience in stock and scheduling systems
- Flexible to work weekends and public holidays as required
- Live-in experience at remote properties is advantageous
