Sales Consultant:
Based in Diep River, Cape Town | Mon–Fri | Full-Time
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a talent for building trust and helping clients thrive?
Our client is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Consultant with strong client-facing experience and practical site-based knowledge, ideally someone who has worked with plumbing systems, cleaning services, or technical B2B sales.
You'll be responsible for managing a defined client base, identifying needs, capturing data accurately, and offering practical, tailored solutions that help clients maintain compliant, efficient grease trap systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and retain a portfolio of B2B clients in the environmental services sector
- Perform regular client site visits, building long-term, value-based relationships
- Ensure meticulous data capture on site, from litres collected to service timelines
- Identify upselling or rescheduling opportunities with each client
- Use CRM and scheduling tools to manage appointments, leads, and follow-ups
- Liaise with the operations and technical teams to coordinate services
- Maintain strong communication with clients around hygiene compliance and servicing plans
Who We're Looking For
- A hands-on, self-motivated individual
- Prior experience in plumbing, technical servicing, or site-based assessments is a strong advantage
- 8+ years in relationship-based sales or client success roles
- Target-driven with a proven track record of account growth and retention
- Honest, ethical, and attentive to detail
- Fluent in English (Afrikaans a plus)
- Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence are essential
- Comfortable using CRM software and mobile scheduling tools

Compensation
- R15,000 basic salary + commission after 3 months of training and probation
- Monthly fuel allowance
