Our client is seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join their culinary team at their prestigious 5-star game lodge. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods that reflect the lodge’s luxury standards. You will work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and kitchen brigade to deliver an exceptional guest experience through creativity and consistency. Key Responsibilities:- Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the pastry section
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation
- Assist in menu planning, stock control, and daily mise en place
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to meet guest expectations
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Formal culinary or pastry qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Pastry CDP or similar role in a 4 or 5-star establishment
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, chocolate work, and plated desserts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative flair with attention to detail
- Willingness to live and work in a remote lodge environment
