Large Travel and Tourism Headoffice is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the above role as Administrator.
Purpose of the Position:
Administrator supporting the team to manage timeshare owners and whole owner communities in administrative role
Key Performance Areas
· Supporting the legal process for bad debt account hand overs for Sectional Title Resorts
· Following up with attorneys on progress for the legal process
· Assisting with completion of bad debt reports for monthly Trustee meetings
· Sending of daily sms reminder from IRIS and WEconnectU
· Assisting with daily admin check
· Preparing journals for adjustments
· Preparing owner refunds
· Excell reporting for tracking of daily receipts
· Assisting in managing the dailer daily
· Assisting acquiring abdonments documents from owners and liasing with Legal Council for sending of transfer documents
· Preparing journals for legal fees to be debited on owner accounts
· Capturing of legal notes and updating categories on feedback from attorneys
· Assisting with tender process administrative functions
