Key Responsibilities
As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our finance function. Your duties will include:

• Processing supplier invoices accurately and timeously

• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries

• Preparing payment schedules and loading payments

• Maintaining vendor records and ensuring compliance with internal controls

• Assisting with month-end processes and reporting

Requirements

• Minimum Matric (Grade 12); a finance-related qualification is an advantage

• 2–3 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role

• Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Pastel, Syspro, or similar)

• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
