The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance across our agricultural sites. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures across the company.

  • Assist with payroll inputs and ensure employee benefits are administered accurately and timeously.

  • Monitor attendance and leave records, and support line managers with performance management processes.

  • Facilitate training and development initiatives and track employee progress.

  • Support in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and grievance procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and agricultural sector regulations (e.g., BCEA, LRA, OHSA, Sectoral Determination 13).

  • Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for management.

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to all departments within the company.
