Location: Bredell, Kempton Park
Salary: R15,000 per month
Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30

  • Friday: 07:30 – 14:00

📝 Job Summary:

The Office Administrator will manage the administrative processes of the Testing Department, with a specific focus on documentation and regulatory compliance. This role will require collaboration with other departments, preparing reports, completing and submitting important regulatory documents, as well as supporting client communications and administrative processes.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • 🧾 Reporting:
    Prepare and manage weekly and monthly reports regarding the Testing Department’s activities, including progress and compliance.

  • 🔁 Process Execution:
    Ensure smooth and efficient execution of administrative processes within the Testing Department.

  • 📂 Documentation and Submission:
    Organize and manage all relevant documentation, completing and submitting regulatory documents within required timeframes.

  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure that the Testing Department's processes comply with all relevant national and industrial regulations.

  • ☎️ Client Communication:
    Handle all client queries and ensure that administrative processes run smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in administration and process-driven tasks.

  • Skills and Attributes:

    • Strong computer skills (MS Office, email, document management)(Sage is advantageous)

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Self-driven, reliable, and able to work in a dynamic environment.

    • Knowledge of regulatory processes and compliance would be an advantage.

  • 📂 Dokumentasie en indiening:
    Organiseer en bestuur alle relevante dokumentasie, voltooiing en indiening van regulerende dokumente binne die nodige tydsraamwerke.

  • Regulatoriese nakoming:
    Verseker dat die Toetsing Afdeling se prosesse voldoen aan alle relevante nasionale en industriële regulasies.

  • ☎️ Klienteskakeling:
    Hantering van alle kliëntnavrae en verseker dat die administratiewe prosesse naatloos werk.

Vereistes:

  • Ervaring: Minstens 4 jaar ondervinding in administrasie en prosesgedrewe take.

  • Vaardighede en eienskappe:

    • Sterk rekenaarvaardighede (MS Office, e-pos, dokumentbestuur)(Sage is voordelig)

    • Uitstekende kommunikasievaardighede, beide skriftelik en mondeling.
