They are seeking a suitably qualified Debtors Clerk to join their finance team on a 6-month maternity contract. Key ResponsibilitiesDebtors Management
- Prepare and process debtor invoices
- Run monthly debtor statements
- Follow up promptly on outstanding payments, short payments, and deductions
- Resolve internal and external queries timeously
- Maintain accurate records and filing in line with finance policies
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all financial data
- Provide data for cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations
- Process costing data on relevant systems
- Support the Commercial Manager with stock pricing and sales analysis
- Capture and manage stock data
- Extract stock information to support costing processes
- Provide reception relief when required
- Assist with financial audits
- Support the export team with permits and administrative tasks
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the Finance & Admin Manager
- Matric / Grade 12
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
- Proven experience using SAGE / Pastel
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 16:00
- No weekend or public holiday work
