- Completed BCom in Financial Management / Management Accounting or related qualification
- 5–8 years of experience as a Financial Manager, Senior Finance role, or CFO-level
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Technically minded, with a solid understanding of manufacturing operations , supply chain , procurement , and admin processes
- Syspro experience is highly preferred
- MBA is advantageous but not essential
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Manufacturing, Petrochemical, or Engineering sector
